How and when do I pay for my session?

By TWINT or invoice. After your sessions, I send you an invoice by email at regular intervals, or by post on request, with a 30-day payment term.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

What's the cancellation policy?

48 hours before your session. Cancellations after that are charged in full.

How do online sessions work?

Online sessions take place by video call, on Microsoft Teams. For some exercises, it's important that I can see you, so we agree on the setup together beforehand.

What if I don't know which type of session is right for me?

You don't need to know that in advance. Send me a quick note about what's going on, and we'll figure out together whether sex therapy, couples therapy, or hypnotherapy is the best fit.

How long is a session?

Individual sessions run 50 or 80 minutes, your choice at booking. First sessions are usually 80 minutes. Couples sessions are always 80 minutes.

Why do you need my phone number to book?

Accepted Answer

This lets the booking system verify you as a user, and I also use it to send you a text reminder before your session.
