Focus on Resources, Not Just Problems
Instead of focusing solely on what isn't working, we'll concentrate on your resources and strengthen them. Through targeted exercises, you'll learn to connect more consciously with your body. These include, for example:
-
Breathing techniques
-
Movement exercises for body awareness
-
Mindfulness and relaxation techniques
-
Visualization methods (hypnosis techniques)
This will help you learn to perceive, shape, and integrate your feelings, sensations, and thoughts more consciously into your sexual experience. You will gain tools that you can use independently.

What is sex therapy?
In sex therapy, we explore together what challenges you in your sexuality and intimate encounters. We get to the root of the problems and find ways for you to approach them with more ease and to initiate change.
Our shared goal: that you experience your sexuality as fulfillment, not as something to be worked on. I will help you to speak openly about your sexual experiences, concerns, and desires. This will create clarity about what you truly want. From this, we will develop your therapy goals, and I will support you in achieving them at your own pace.

Sexocorporel, EFT, SE and hypnosis
My approach is based on Sexocorporel: This approach not only considers your current sexual experience, but also your body, your intimate relationships and your history - because these things are rarely separate from one another.
Depending on what you need, I supplement this with elements from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing (SE) and hypnosis.
Because rarely does a single method solve everything; usually it's the combination that makes a difference.
