Terms and Conditions

 

Registration

Registration for sessions is done via the appointment booking tool at www.s-experience.ch, by email at jost@s-experience.ch, or by phone at 079 690 17 96. By registering, you agree to the current General Contract Terms and Prices of s-experience by Nina Jost, Militärstrasse 76, 8004 Zürich.

 

Costs and Payment

A session typically lasts 55 or 85 minutes plus 5 minutes of preparation time. The costs are calculated according to the current prices published on www.s-experience.ch. Payment is made by invoice, which will be sent to you by email.

 

Cancellations

Appointments that are not canceled at least 48 hours in advance will be charged in full. Exceptions for short-notice cancellations due to illness or other emergencies may be considered at the discretion of s-experience.

 

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Nina Jost commits to maintaining confidentiality and complying with legal data protection regulations. We would like to point out that electronic data transmission (e.g., via email) can be considered insecure, and we ask you to avoid transmitting sensitive information electronically if possible.

 

Liability and Insurance

Clients are responsible for their own insurance. s-experience by Nina Jost assumes no liability for accidents or damages that occur during the sessions, in breaks, or on the way to/from the practice. Clients are fully liable for any damages they cause.

 

Course Conditions

After registration, you will receive a registration form. Courses take place if a minimum number of participants is reached. The exact conditions, including information on payments, cancellations, and refunds, are published on the website.

 

Lecture Conditions

After agreeing on the details of a lecture, you will receive a written confirmation. The conditions for conducting, canceling, and paying for lectures are detailed on our website.

 

Jurisdiction

The court in Zürich has exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions. s-experience by Nina Jost reserves the right to sue the contracting party at their place of residence.

 

Changes

s-experience by Nina Jost reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and communicated to clients.
